Website for small real estate broker/ developer. The site needs to be to easy to post listings to (and remove) with google maps and images that I upload. Simplicity for the backend listing portion is paramount as the owner isn't very tech savvy. I would prefer a light website without excess bloat and animations. Phone compatibility. If satisfactory, I would also like to have another website revamped for a real estate development that I own with links to brokerage page. Pricing is negotiable, as I am not familiar with the costs of website design, so long as it is reasonable.
