Book design, layout and editing

My family built a mosque in memory of my parents. We have written a coffee table book to document our family journey leading to the construction of the mosque. The book also briefly narrates the history of the mosque and the people living around it. The book is about 90 pages. Most of the pages comprise of fotos of the family and the construction of the mosque . As a coffee table book we would like the book to be easy to read pleasant to look at. So the layout, font size , tittle and sub titles as well graphics are important. We have done the write up, have the photos and even a draft layout. But somehow I don't feel that it is easy to read and pleasant to look at. I also need someone to edit the book to ensure consistency in font size, spelling etc. We also need someone who can do the cover design. The book is in two languages, English and Malay. Ideally the job should be done by someone who know both languages but its not a must. Time is of the essence as the book is long overdue. It must be done in a soft copy that book printers can use to print. This book is not for sale . It is meant to be distributed to family members and to peoples living around the mosque.
