Website development and Web Design

We require a web developer who can build a website using web solutions or cloud-based apps. The purpose of the site is to fill an application (permit) and use the personal an required information to merge with 5-6- documents (court petition), pay for the service and receive a .pdf document by email. Our office wants to expands one of its services to be available online. We want our Users/Clients to be able to sign up at website, enter some required information to an application, pay fees, schedule an appointment/meeting with office, and received merge documents with the information on database. In brief the website will be like completecase.com. The user should land in the home page and be able to fill a web-base questionnaire with some required information. Then, that information must be stored in a web-based database and be available to merge (could be usig another web app) with couple of documents (using the user info in .docx) and deliver the contact info and the merged documents(.docx and .pdf) to an email address. All information exchange must be secured. User should be able to register with password, make payments online and be able to access his account and edit his information if desire, and finally, be able to schedule a meeting. We are looking for cloud-based solutions or apps to run this simple website. All apps or solutions should be embeded in website...if possible. Suggest web-based solutions for database, merge documents app, any other web base application needed. Connect all web-based apps with website, including stripe and scheduleonce. As you see, the concept is to obtain a turnkey site. Winner will have to set up all applications and set up the content as provided.
