Redesign header/footer of a website - PSD -- 2

Hi!

This is about a website for a real estate company. We are looking for something classy and a bit vintage, soft colors, warm ambiance, light font-face.

I need you to redesign ONLY the HEADER and FOOTER.

I hate the actual header, it's such boring and already seen a thousand times

The content section stays as-is and your design match be compatible with that content section.

Please see the little difference between homepage and inner pages.

Layered PSD files will be provided.

You need to send me back PSD files. No programming whatsoever.
