Rebuild and update an existing Flash website into HTML5

Background: We are a video games company getting ready to re-release (on a different platform) an older game. When we released this game initially we made a site in Flash. The site is very solid but needs updating, and needs to be suitable for viewing on tablets and cell phones, together with PCs. Project Objective and Scope: Using this Flash site as a template, build a new site in HTML5. We want the site to be pleasant on PC, phone and tablet devices, changing interface as necessary. The site needs to be updatable. The site is only about five pages, though most are fairly interactive with a variety of animations based on user clicks and some downloads. Though not fully functional, it can be viewed here [login to view URL] We believe we can provide most or all of the assets necessary, and we have partial source code for the original web site. Project Structure and Deliverables I want to split the project into three separate parts Verification of Assets: Confirm all necessary assets have been provided and/or can be scavenged from the original site. Design and specification of new site Build out of new site. This will have at least one interim milestone Timeline: New site must be online by January 31, 2015. Sooner is better.
