2 Animation Videos Promoting website

I need 2 Animation/Cartoon Videos created to help promote my website Both Videos should be between 45 sec – 1 min long Video 1 – Should sell my website to businesses. (My Company is much like FreeLancer.com) Video 2 - Should sell advertising space on my site I will need a cartoon character created to explain these things. The character will come from a picture of a real kid, Check the attached pic Both Videos need to be both Windows & Apple Compatible, Voice Over must me from a American Kid which you will provide. I will provide the Script. Sample of how I want the video to be like, but im open to Better Ideas [login to view URL] My budget is around $300 for both Videos. But willing to pay a little more for Great work. And looking for the job to be completed within 1 week Bidders please provide sample of your previous work with Bid. Bidders who can give a sample of how the Character will look, will be taken into consideration first. Bidders Must have extensive knowledge in Animation and Voice over.
