Gestionale web

I would a web management software with the following features:

- The possibility of managing two kinds of users (administrator, shop)

Through the management software the administrator should be able to:

- Add new product categories ( in each category must be able to set a percentage of the sale which must be accorded to the shop that carries out the sale of a product contained in the category)

- Add product with name, barcode scanner-readable product codes and the amount of items in store, category.

- Register and license the shop with name, address, e-mail etc.

Each category should have a percentage of sales for the shop, in order to record the sale and automatically update the quantity available in the warehouse when a shop connects to the management software.

The warehouse is unique, which is managed by the admin only, and will have to be shared by the affiliated stores.

Only admin can add a new product and category.

The administrator should be able to view the sales of every shop, their share and other kinds of statistics such as:

- monthly sales

- best-selling products

-Etc...

A the end of the month the management software should generate an invoice for each franchised shop, with the percentage of sales.

How much would such a software cost, and how long would it take to develop it?

The management should not have a frontend but only a login page where enter.
After login, depending on the user (admin or shop), it must show the different options

Each user type shop should be able to log on with a user name and its password, mark the products it sells through the bar code reader, see its sales and its share of both total sales for each product.

Mi servirebbe un gestionale web che abbia le seguenti funzioni:
La possibilità di gestire due tipologie di utenti:

- Admin
- Negozio

L'admin con il gestionale deve poter gestire:
- inserimento categorie prodotti
- inserimento prodotti (nome prodotto, codice prodotto leggibile con lettore di codice a barre, quantitativo in magazzino.)
- registrazione e abilitazione Negozio (ragione sociale, indirizzo e contatti)

Ogni categoria deve avere un valore di commissione per il negozio, quindi quando un negozio si collega al gestionale e passo un prodotto al lettore di codice a barre, il gestionale registra la vendità e aggiorna la quantità in magazzino.

Il magazzino è unico per tutti i negozi affiliati.

L'admin in sostanza deve poter visionare le vendite per ogni negozio registrato e sapere che commissione deve avere e altri tipi di statistiche:
-vendite per mese
-prodotti più venduti
-ecc

Alla fine del mese il gestionale deve generare la fattura (admin --> negozio) per ogni negozio affiliato, con la cifra di commissione per le vendite.
Il front end deve essere solo la pagina di login, dove ogni negozio potrà accedere con la propria user e password e vedere le proprie vendite e la relativa percentuale.

Vorrei sapere i tempi e i costi.
