Data Entry System for Wordpress

I want to develop a system outside wordpress, but the data which keyed in from this system will create post in wordpress. I want the process of insert, publish, edit, delete post is managed from this system. This system will be used for several different classified site like fashion, real estate, etc I don't want any user can access to wp-admin, except the website owner (administrator) The structure of user in this system: - Administrator - Several editors - A lot of users User can register and login to input data Upload image one by one to prevent failed upload, do not submit all images in one process. User can edit certain fields after his post is published User can not delete his published post User can preview before last submit. User get email notification after his post is published Editor will check and moderate the post Editor can input new post Editor can edit post Edit can or can't delete data (depend the role given by administrator) Administrator can manage the data entry form Administrator can configure the max number of images, max image height, max image height. All images which are bigger than the max value will be resized. Administrator can configure the watermark I want admin can configure a flexible data entry form. Let say there are 40 custom fields. The property of each field can be configured by Admin. Anti spam Header and footer message in entry form can be configured. Old post can be archived and moved to separate table. The archive data can be restored if needed. Easy to find post by title, user name, post id, certain field (configured by admin). More details will be discussed.
