Wanted Game Artist!!!

I need a game artist for a simple mobile game project(Fixed Price). Here's my requirement for him/her : - Creative and have nice skills in 2D (Specifically for mobile games) - Must know how to make game UI with different styles or themes. - Fast working - Do daily updates - good knowledge in making sprite animations - good knowledge in flash - at least can do small 3D assets or tricks (optional) - knowledge in skeletal animations, using spine or dragonbones (optional) - Affordable work for an indie person - Friendly (For long term plans and developments) - Mostly online - Fluent in English - Must follow his deadline Project description: The project is simple and will be like the game tsumtsum, the number of screens, pop-ups and type of elements is more or less similar but with a fancy art style like in witch saga. Some difference will be that the game will be using letters with 3-4 different styles instead of plushies. Also the game will be just needing a animated game mascot character with 2-3 actions such as running or dancing.
