I need some Graphic Design for a mobile game

I am developing a mobile game. A lot of the graphics is already done, however I need some more graphics created based on the theme and look/feel of what I already have.
The style is simple vector, made by shapes. It is a space shooter, top down game, so 2D.
I need 50 in game icons created for "upgrade" items. These will be engines, shields, primary weapon, and wings, powerups. These icons will be used in game to show upgrades.
These will be specified to winning bidder in more detail.
I need 1 - 3 (if budget permits) "hero" spaceship/s created with 10 iterations for a starter level basic looking ship, and then as the ship us upgraded through the game, it gets more and more detail and sophistication, better looking weapons, armor and engines. The size should remain close to the same throughout with detail and looks changing to make it look more powerful.
I also need 20 enemy ships created. These can be put together with existing "parts" which I have in an Illustrator file so not necessarily created from scratch.
I also need 20 "boss" ships. These as well can be constructed with the parts I already have. They need to be unique and increase in sophistication and size and attachments(like weapons/canons) as they increase in level.
Optional:
1) 10 "decals" which will go over the hero's wings.
2) 10 "paint schemes" which will overlay the hero to change it's look.
I have attached some screenshots which demonstrate the look and feel of the game's art style and also some example icons I created which I want replaced.
Full spec list will be provided to winner. This is a fairly urgent project as I have my developer lined up for 8th December to commence.
Please note, I am after a high standard of design which will fit in seamlessly with my current design style. Examples of existing work in similar style is essential.
