2D airplane game graphics assets

I need a game artist to create original graphical assets for an airplane game I am about to make. All of the images should be in png format and need to have very high resolution , high quality and detailed. the game consists of 10 levels. for the end of each level I need a concept monster so total of 10 concept monsters . 5 different army planes . 10 enemy army planes in different sizes . 10 kind of bullets and nukes an drop down bombs. 10 kinds of explosions in different intensities. 10 full level backgrounds. 3 posters of the game . menu elements like buttons and texts and logo. And keep that in mind that it is a 2d game and the view is from over the head of the objects this is the way they should be design. In other words , the camera is from top (over the head) of all of the objects. This will be a very exciting game and it will be fun. Thanks
