Google Apps Expert Urgently Required

Urgently need someone with Skype who can help me sort out a Google Apps account. I have previously setup a Google Apps which has single user with a number of alternate email addresses. However I now can't edit, add or delete these email addresses (I would describe them as aliases as they all arive in one email box). I am probably logging from the incorrect URL but I am able log into the Admin console, indeed I can navigate to the listing the alternate emails but just can't edit, add or delete anything. Please no wannabes, I want some who is available now and who exactly knows what he is doing.
