Publich Google Docs Add on on Google Docs Marketplace

We have developed an add on for Google Docs that allows a document to be sent to [login to view URL] (eSigning platform) to be eSigned. Our problem is to publish it on Google Docs Marketplace in order to make it public to anyone. It seems very complex and tricky to set it up, go through the validation process up to the final publication. I don't need development services to adapt the add on (eventually, of it is not approved, or if there is any review items),
