MRP for Nuts and Bolts Manufacturer

I am looking for an all-in-one system that is hosted using a cloud service. 1. Stock control for: a) Raw material Material comes in bar length (measured in feet), purchased in weight (kilos). There are 50 material types There are 3 material profiles (Hex, Square and Round) There are 110 material sizes (in mm and inches) When recording new material, we have to record it's mechanical properties (3 types) and it's chemical composition (7 to 16 chemicals) Using the chemical and mechanical composition we need to determine what 'grade' the material is. I have an excel sheet that works this out. i)load new material. ii)allocate material to a job code and therefore reduce amount iii)adjust material stock, either as a stock check or if less or more material is used per job code. b) Completed Nuts Need to record job code, customer order number, customer name, description, quantity and location as well as date. c) Part machined Nuts Need to record job code, customer order number, customer name, description, quantity, location, date, condition (i.e. what needs to be done to complete them). 2. Quoting system Linked to email. So that we can email quotes to customers. System needs to show (on the quoting page) historic quotes for that item to that customer and others, in a list format. 3. Order system Turn quotes into orders. Allocate material and therefore reduce stock of material. Allocate complete or part machined items and therefore reduce stock. 4. Invoice system This has already been constructed in Excel and works well. I need to convert orders into invoices - so if they feed into my excel sheet, that's fine - or alternatively the excel sheet work can be replicated. We presently print invoices etc on pre-printed stationery and this is already aligned and setup the way we need in Excel. 5. Document management system. For some items we can have drawings. i want to be able to store these drawings and then access them if I need to for each order. There will be additional data that refers to each drawing, so that I can search for that drawing and also quickly examine dimensions. Each drawing needs to be accompanied with an 'information' page. With multiple fields that I can add as and when needed. We don't have part numbers at present - we have never used them, but I think it would be easier if we had an intelligent part numbering scheme to represent parts. We would like this to be cloud based. 4 users at any one time.
