I have written two thirds of my book but now need help with research, fact checking, writing enhancements, proof reading etc.

Thesis:
We are living in what I consider, the most exciting time of all times. Despite the constant flow of negative news, the world is doing better than ever: less wars, lowest poverty rate, least epidemics, highest literacy rate, lowest child mortality rate and most people living in freedom. Globalization and technology have grown the world to a standard never achieved before. However, we could do much better. The wealth is distributed unevenly and in my opinion, this is one of the biggest, if not the biggest threat the world faces. As world history has shown, a big discrepancy between rich and poor is neither good nor sustainable. With new technologies set to possible further the wealth gap, the world needs great leaders more than ever, to guide us through a world with a population of ten billion of which 1% owns 50% of all wealth and the top 10% almost 90%. Every major positive progression in world history, political or business wise, has been driven by one great leader. So we must identify great leaders, foster them and support them. We need good political leaders that can provide productive policies that decrease the wealth gap and good business leaders that use new technologies to not just provide profit for a few, but have a positive impact on the greater society. We need to get rid of all ego centric and incompetent company managers as well as corrupt politicians; they simply block progress between the real leaders and the doers. With the new technologies such as Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence, we are provided with opportunities as well as threats, on a scale not seen before. Blockchain alone will transform business and how we live, maybe more drastically than the internet did. We must therefore ensure this technology becomes part of the solution, rather than it accelerating the problem. In addition, we must re-think and re-design education to a technology driven and better world.
This book will not provide profound statistics or scientific solutions. It will rather try to inspire people to start having the right conversations and act. The book is mainly describing my own humble life experience and resulting views, which I will bluntly share.
