Flash Picture Animation

I have six photos that I would like used to create an exciting flash animation. The subject of the photos is very industrial. The basis of the animation would to be to create exciting transistions from photo to photo, making a complete loop. I would like the animation to have sound and sound effects incorporated in the transistions. A single word would appear over the photos after they transistioned in. Thank you for your bids!
