Application to virtually try on a pair of glasses

We want to add a try-on eyeglass feature to our website. Buyer can either upload the picture from webcam, hard disk, or use a demo picture to try this feature. This software should be based on the web so the customer does not need to download additional software. The application should also be able to detect the pupil and fit the eye wear according to how the face moves

b) take a snapshot using their webcam

Initial requirements:

- be able to load either an image or take snapshot using webcam

- provide a template space so the user knows where their "head" should fit within the dimensions, and allow the user to rescale the image so their head fits within the oval template area.

- allow the user to select and drag and drop frames or contact lense images on top of their head to see what they look like.

- should also have the option of seeing what the glasses look like on a standard male or female model image (see example below to understand what I mean)

- obviously it needs to connect to a mysql database.

- buy now links next to each pair of glasses (we already have an ecommerce system written in php./myql

- user should be able to download the pic of themselves wearing the glasses.

- Can take a snapshot using their webcam.
