Hi there i m looking for someone that can create a website where i can stream live soccer matches(e.g bpl, la liga, champs league)...the streaming video must not be too laggy or requires users to download external program for them to watch.....that will be the more important part of the project....

next is of course, users/members have to log in and pay to view/watch the games at a cheap price.....payment by credit/debit card and also internet banking....

***IMPORTANT***

Please only bid IF you have the souce for the live soccer games

Games= matches........please dont confuse yourself......

dont requires one to develop a game.....purely streaming of live soccer matches........Are you able to get the source for it???
