Animate logo in flash

I need the attached psd logo animated in flash for a website.
The Animation:
The left A and 1 silver circles will spin clockwise
The R silver circle will spin counter clockwise
The "steel" bar (curved line above and in between the circles) will enter frame from the right, starting point will be aligned with the . in CO.
The bar will come in straight and feed into the three silver circles and bend.
The circles will start their spinning when the bar reaches them and turn at the same speed as the bar is moving to appear that the circles are drawing in the bar and bending it.
I understand the logo is not vector the bar that is being bent by the circles can be re drawn in flash. Please keep the same thickness and style as the psd version.
The attached logo would be the final frame.
The logo will need to loop after a 30 second pause on the final frame.
Need animation on a transparent background.
We will need the fla as a CS3 file and swf file.
