Stardust Lounge Site Development

The Stardust Lounge site will be a cartoon version of the real location (photo will be provided), this cartoon should depict the actual scene with some landmarks that are particular to downtown Orlando.? The page will be animated to depict a scene of people walking, stopping by and going downstairs (this lounge will be downstairs in a basement like location.? Music will be required, and animations of the scene preferred.

## Deliverables

The feel will be a 60’s look, refer to [[url removed, login to view]][1] to visualize the look of the people, buildings, etc.? The idea is to create a scene which will be expandable as we add content.? This mean that we will like to have “scroll over?? effects that initiate bubbles of information in order to navigate to the other areas of the site.

The general idea is to have an active areas on the site, the pictures provided should be used to develop the scenery, then we should be able to place modular characters and other scenerey, walk into the bar and see more scenery, the inside of the bar should be considered secondary.? ? Primarily we want to get the outside of the location done.? This lounge is like an old vegas style lounge.
