Flex or Flash based Business Card Designer

I am looking for someone to create a Flex or Flash based business card designer application that interfaces with our current business card ordering system. Our system currently allows users to upload their own designs according to our graphic specs. We want to take this a step further and allow the ability for users to pick one of our pre-formatted templates and customize it with their own text / company logo using this application. This application will work similar to the following already existing apps:

Workflow Steps:
1. User selects a template (should be able to preview front and back)
2. Customizes text (with options to bold, italics, size, orientation, scale, size and font) and company logo (with options to scale, rotate, flip, effects) on front and back of the card
3. Saves or Discards the design
I will only work with someone who has a sample of their previous flash or flex work to show for. Do not bid if you don't know anything about these types of projects or don't have any previous work to demo.
