Hi,

I'm searching for a good FileMaker developer to help me project and produce a good database suitable for medical clinics.

The first milestone will be created as a trial. 4 hours to test your skills.

After that we will continue the project if you have pass the test. So request only four hours for the first milestone.

We would like to establish a long term cooperation based on freelancer.com.

Database for medical clinics needs:

[url removed, login to view] treatment registration form with possibility for the costumer to sign an informed consent. The treatment form will be correlated with essential fields like materials involved in the treatment itself. For warehouse refill and internal cost earning report purposes.
