Looking for a seamstress with an overlocker

Hi, I'm an artist who has just started an independent clothes business, and I'm in the process of getting some of my designs digitally knitted into 50 large panels. Each panel will be identical, with each one containing 2 designs. One design I want to be an overlocked crop top, and one i want to be a more complicated corset type top (also overlocked), with a fur trim on some of them, with the left over material being made into beanies. I'm looking for someone who can make 2 patterns out of these panels, and then can get these tops made - it will be about 40 of the first, 30 0f the next, and 20 beanies -, mainly in size 6 to 8, but some in size 10 and 12 too!
I have put the budget at £450. but the price is negotiable based on how long you think each will take you - i was hoping that at least 2 or 3 tops could be made an hour (especially with the first design, not sure about the second) ,with the beanies being even quicker to make, and so with 80 tops that would be the equivalent of paying at 10 - 15 an hour, but I don't know much about sewing at all so I don't know how long it would take.

.I don't have patterns, that would be part of the job.
.Each panel contains 1 and a half tops worth of material
