Hi, We need to build a tracking system for the calls that we take. We have a calling list which we need to delegate to our agents. Each agent will make 30-40 calls a day and need a process to track each call efficiently. Each call can either be received, or not received. If received, we either take an order or have to call them back. If so, need a way to build that contact back in the calling list based on a recommended time (sort of like a stack and queue). If a contact places an order, it takes it to the orders page where the order can be fed (This part has been built). If not picked up, we still need to build that contact back in the calling queue.

This sounds interested to me. Honestly speaking I haven't done such automation excel work previously. But I would like to explore this thing. I have good programming knowledge and have developed desktop and web applications using C#, VB.Net I would appreciate if this work is given to me. Please provide all details about calls which needs to be entered in excel sheet. A format of excel sheet would be better. Please provide Order page too. Thanks.

Hi im an IT Project manager with iver tan 20 years of experience in bankung sw development. Ima an expert in Windows technologies (vb and c#) over sql server databases For this job i sugest the construction of a small web App (intranet). The data must be stored in a sql database (can be the free sql express version) I dont recomend the use of Excel as database because of its fragility and slow response time. Regards Carlos
