Hello, I have created such a VBA userform and module, which works on any table, reading the headings and offering a simple way to edit the columns' value in a row by row (record) base. Unfortunately I have no the option to upload files, so if you want to get an idea, send me a message and I will upload a few screenshots to see how it looks like. The useform has 2 tabs, one for editing (row by row), which shows the fields (columns) of one record (row) each time, and a second one which can be used for searching rows with specific criteria (1 or more). The useform window is resizable and contains scroll bars to facilitate handling many columns and/or lengthy values. Of course there are things which need adjustment to meet your needs: The image must be included and the listboxes for the new columns' potential values must be filled in. I can do that in 1 day. I will need the file for editing as well as the sheet which contains the possible values for the extra, new columns. Which Excel version are you using? (there are minor differences in VBA syntax, that's why I'm asking). A few words about me: I'm developing VBA programs for more than 15 years and I'm a trainer for Excel and VBA (all levels) for 12+ years. Hello, I can make that form for you. In several of my recent projects in freelancer or in other sites I used forms to interact with / manipulate Excel Data. List boxes can be easily bound to existing columns, or VBA can be used to populate list boxes on the run. Putting Yes/No (1/0) values into excel from option buttons is not a problem too. I can give you a solution that does not require "option buttons" because the DropLists appear automatically when you change something in an adjacent cell. Hi, Instead of placing two buttons I think there can be a simple solution to this. i.e a stand alone desktop application using Ms access at back end and VB at front end. With this combination you need to install MS access on your pc. I shall import all your excel data in to Access back end database. You will be able to add / delete / edit data. Hello, Thank you for posting this project and detailing it. After carefully reviewing your requirement, I would be glad to be a part of this. I can have userform created using traditional VBA or you could opt for a more sophisticated and robust solution by going for a VSTO com addin. In the later approach I will build an executable setup that will embed the application itself as an addin within the Excel environment. This will also involve better functionalities and features (The userform can be embedded within your Excel environment. Please check my portfolio for a sample overview). The addin approach will also add to teh aestetic appeal and will make your form look much better and presentable along with its controls (buttons, listboxes, etc) which will emulate the style of the application as opposed to the standard VBA controls.
