Find URL, Firstname and eMail from 250 Literature-Blogs

Hello,
we need an excel list with contact details of 250 english speaking romance book review blogs.
In the xls please list:
1st column: URL of the website ([login to view URL])
2nd column: Valid Email adress found on the imprint, in the sidebar or contact info
3rd column: First Name of the blog owner (mostly girls)
Please note:
We need a perfect, clean, 3 column xls-list to send a bulk eMail based on your list (no misspellings, free spaces...).
How to find the 250 websites?!

And then check the blogrolls of some of the blogs (e.g. here on the left side [login to view URL]) and work your way through more and more romance book review blogs.
Please only add URLs of romance bookreview blogs, that have at least one new blogarticle within the last 4 weeks.
