Editing an excel sheet - already produced

I require small edits to an excel sheet that ranks performance of a collection of businesses. The changes are basic. Please review the attached - I require some of the ranking tables to have a different title and some minor changes to calculations. "Emp vs P&L £" - The title of this is to be changed to "Food Quality" as a %. The most recently inputted week score should become the "PTD" score (4 weeks in each restaurant period) Ranking high - low. "Staying Legal" - Currently this is accumulative from Weeks 1 - 4, totalling at PTD. As above, I would like the PTD total to be the most recent week's entry. (This is currently the case for a "Sales Budget %" for instance). Ranking unchanged (lowest number, highest ranking) "Food Gap PTD £" - This is to be changed to "Food GP Var to Target YTD" - As above, the most recent entry becoming the PTD score. This measure is a % to one d.p. Where the highest variance ranks the highest on the tables. "Wet Gap PTD £" - This is to be changed to "Food GP Var to Target YTD" - As above, the most recent entry becoming the PTD score. This measure is a % to one d.p. Where the highest variance ranks the highest on the tables. "SPH PTD" - This is to be changed to "Upsell £ per NOM" this is cash number to 2 d.p (£2.04) for instance. Where the highest number ranks the highest on the tables. "Local / National / Guest £" - Changed to "Dessert Penetration" as a % whole number. Ranking highest to lowest. New "Food Quality" measure to be placed on summary rankings sheet next to "Open Complaints" "Dessert Penetration" measure to be placed on summary rankings sheet in place of "Penetration PTD" "Penetration PTD" mesure to placed on summary rankings sheet in place of "Food Quality" (is currently "Emp vs P&L £"
