Dropdown list in excel with suggestion like search function using vba code

I have 2 file: [login to view URL] and data.xlsm. 1. In master file, i would like to have dropdown list function with suggestion feature from B5 to the end. The data range is from B5:B1000 of all sheets in [login to view URL] file. You can check out this feature in [login to view URL] for reference-> S (seafoods) tab -> type some keyword in any cell of Supplier Name column. You will see it will display some suggestion values close to the keywork you just typed in. The data range is from B5 till the end of the Supplier tab. 2. The sample function in [login to view URL], looking for data in the same workbook. My requirements is that you should make the same but data is fetched from B5:B1000 of all sheets in an external workbook ([login to view URL]). 3. Also when new [login to view URL] file is replaced old one with new values, then in the master file it should show updated values without closing the master file and open it again for it to update new values from data.xlsm. Note: You should write vba code in master file only, because my staff will update [login to view URL] regularly and send it to me. I just need to replace new one with old one.
