Purpose of the Role:
To support current data migration activities relating to a Microsoft NAV implementation program. Assistance is required to help map legacy project structures to the proposed Microsoft NAV structure. In addition to this, assistance will also be required to complete the master data for all projects being migrated over to NAV.
Key Responsibilities and tasks:
• Complete master data for projects being migrated over to Dynamics NAV from SQL.
• Understand and co-ordinate the mapping of legacy WBS and tasks to the new mapping WBS and activities
• Assist in automating project relating data conversion like cleansing, extraction, validation etc
• Other NAV implementation task that are required by the team
Skills:
• Competent in Excel and able to utilize formulas efficiently
• Experience is data analysis and migration
• Experience in finance project systems is desirable
• Experience in an implementation project
• Experience in a finance department is desirable
• Experience to an ERP system such as NAV or AX
