Need recommendations for buying OTDR (fiber optic testing)

Greetings! I have read the project description and I believe I am a perfect candidate for your project. I have been working as a researcher in the field of optical communications and photonics for several years, and have numerous scientific papers published in the top journals in the field (all are listed in my profile), based on the Matlab modelling. Additionally, I have been working as a Teaching and Research Assistant at the School of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade, Serbia for 3 years. My spoken English is not so very good, so, if possible, we will communicate via correspondence (or chat). Your selected cable can be complete with single mode ITU-T G 652 D fibers and with multimode 50/125 (OM2) fibers. So, Use on your network single mode or multimode cables (fibers)? In consideration of answer on first question, will determinate which type OTDR will choose. Also, want you use OTDR for PON networks or no? That is must use on "active" lines and determinate spliters, or no. Thanks.
