MODIFY 2D AUTOCAD DWGS - APARTMENT FLOOR PLANS

This is work for an interior refurbishment project of 3 floors of apartments. Design floor plans have been done so no interior design is needed. The following DRAWINGS are required: Good English is essential so that we can communicate clearly via Skype/similar. We can discuss the project in more detail to come up with a final price if required. 1. Overlay existing and proposed drawings to create DEMOLITION DRAWING. The end result is to use existing floor plans and highlight all walls/partitions to be demolished. 2. PARTITION DRAWING to highlight 3 different partition types with dimensions added to drawings plus quantity summary. Proposed layout is done - you will only need to differentiate existing walls and proposed 3 types of partitions. 3. Create ROOF PLAN using the floor plan below the roof and by referring to photos of roof. 3. FLOOR FINISHES DRAWING with quantity summary. 4. SUB FLOOR DRAWING with quantity summary. 5. Calculate general square meterage of each apartments plus roof and common areas. 6. DOOR SCHEDULE - internal & external doors with dimensions & quantity summary. 7. WINDOW SCHEDULE with dimensions & quantity summary (existing plus new).
