Light Fittings and hand dryers in cubicles

We are looking to have some electrical work done in our office in SE1. In 2017 we had all of our lighting replaced but the lighting is too bright and they’re not dimmable. My understanding is that it could be possible to change the power unit on each light fitting ( there are 20 plus) alternatively we need to sort a different type of light fitting altogether. This work is fairly urgent. I’ve attached pictures of the lights – paper is covering the light panel in photo 2. Not as urgent is a quote is needed to fit hand dryers in 3 toilet cubicles. Is there a day in January you could come to the office and have a look to see what suggestions/quotes could be obtained? Many thanks Kim
