Looking at it This looks a simple circuit but yet a complicated oscillator using 2 transistor and output is taken from collector since this configuration is common emitter biasing. And when provide voltage source, oscillation in circuit will produce sound of certain frequency in speaker. Also there is function of switch which increases the oscillating frequency on closing the switch. Sound from speaker would be sound whistle whose pitch changes when button is pressed. I havent calculated the exact frequency. exact frequency of sound can be found by simulation on proteus,etc
