Hi, I'm a telecommunications engineer with extensive knowledge in electronic. I have experience making electronics circuits designs, and PCB layouts for very small products smallest than 2cm X 2cm depends of the product. Do you want to make a real COB LED or a simple array of SMD LEDs similar to a LED lamps? Because COB LED have several LEDs, but this LEDs are without the "package" and are mounted directly to the substrate so need an industrial process for make it. I can help you with the circuit if you want a LED array similar to a LED lamps but maybe smaller (maybe same size that a COB LED). The circuit will be efficient and will have very good brightness, but never the same of a COB. Any questions you have feel free to do it. I will answer as soon as possible. Regards.
