Thank you for taking the time to review my bid. I am a detail-oriented data entry clerk with 60WPM typing speed, seeking a position where I can use my work experiences. I have a 4 years Business Process Outsourcing experience, worked as an email support, chat support, blended accounts and back office. I handled three different accounts such as, Kohl's, Spectrum and Apple iTunes. That is why I am familiar with sending and responding messages through email, entering data through our system, collecting information and doing some research for our customers, using Google documents is our main tool that's why I am confident to do this job.
