Interspire not sending autoresponders & broadcasts

My Interspire program has all of a sudden stopped sending out our autoresponders and broadcasts. When I try and send a preview email to myself, it says "A preview couldn't be sent to the email address kirsten@[login to view URL]: Login failed, please check the username and password and try again." I reset the password for my emails, and updated Interspire with it. I then did a SMTP test and the test was fine. But when I send the actual broadcast out, it says 'Partially sent' meanwhile it has sent to no one. Please quote this in your subject line "TOM2456" so that I know you understand my problem.
