Vertical beltdriven actuator

Hi there :) I need a vertical beltdriven actuator. Must be able to hoist/lower 10 kg. vertically (looking something like in the attached picture) Must include motor, so that it is ready to go by 230V without further need of control units, computers, devices etc. etc. By the push of a button, the actuator must go down. By pushing the same, or another, button, the actuator must go up. If it can go smooth at start/stop, that would be good. The travellenght must be about 2,5 meters. The mountingplate that goes up/down, can just be a thinmetal-plate at 100mm x 100mm with a few holes, so that other things/equipment can be mounted. To keep freight cost down, I do not need the beam, but I would like you to show me what kind of beam to use, so that I can buy a beam locally.
