Mobile battery powered Digital Library with Raspberry Pi

I was going to attempt to do this project myself for a friend, but my friend has no raspberrypi knowledge and if I did not do it correctly he would not be able to do anything, so I thought I would hire someone to do it correctly. The project is basically a mobile battery powered library. This project is already explained how to do on Youtube. It should not be hard at all for anyone with some basic knowledge. The only thing I want to change is more memory than on the youtube project. He had some problems, and he is at a much higher level than me. I would like buy the case myself, and any other parts that do not need to be mailed, but will pay for them all together if needed. Will need the project documented so I can attempt to duplicated for myself later. Will need any 3d printing files for the future. It will not let me share the address, so just look up "Build an off grid Wikipedia with raspberry pi", and "Starting an Off-Grid Digital Survival and Prepper Library" I would also like to be access other document with this project that are not in wikipedia form, just other basic text and video files.
