Hi, I guess we don't need STM32 chip, we can use only Semtech instead, to read all of data you need. we can port it to Arduino and use Arduino style programming and Arduino IDE. using a lot of Arduino based library for various sensor you used, it can accelerate the development process instead of building from scratch. Let me help you finish this project. I have became firmware engineer since 2012 and I'm familiar with most of peripheral used for accessing sensor such as SPI,UART, I2C.
