Hello, I am quite interested in your project. I have experience with PCB layout and design, as you can see in my portfolio. This would be my first Freelancer project, and so I am simply looking for experience and building my profile as opposed to monetary compensation, hence the low bid. I have done power-supply design before, as well as designed a full board for an MCU, so I am very comfortable modifying a design to add a buck converter and Real Time Clock module. I use Altium Designer for all work. Deliverables would include: schematic files, layout files, GERBER files for manufacturing and assembly, as well as a CAD file and renders of the final, laid-out board. I am more than willing to convert files to other formats or produce additional or fewer files if you require it.
