I need help editing and organizing an Estate Planning Worksheet. The Worksheet is a fillable form that was created with Adobe. Once the changes have been made, I want to make sure people will be able to view/download the form from our website, fill it out online, and submit the filled out form to me by email. I have attached the Estate Planning Worksheet file in it its current form to give an idea of what you will be working with. I think someone proficient in Adobe with experience creating these types of forms would be ideal. However I am open to suggestions if there are alternative, better ways of completing this task.
