HI, I'm an electronic engineer with more than 5 years of experience in PCB design and circuit design. I read your 8X8X8 RGB LED cube project description completely, and decided to apply for the project as I have done this LED cube work for several times. (Of course for fun projects) . I had a look on the schematic as well. I think we can do few improvements over the areas you have mentioned. Also I will take a through look and see any more changes are required, and if needed I can do them before going to make the PCB. This PCB layout can be done on Eagle software itself and generate the BOM and PCB layout for printing.
