Electronic Circuit Design

We want someone to design and build a small electronic circuit which has following requirements 1. Time delayed relay circuit 2. Preferably operated with 9V 3. Should activate for approximately 5 seconds after every 12 hours 4. End actuator is a 9V operated dc motor (This is just for information not to be considered in scope) 5. Compact as possible (Preferably within a boundary of 50x50x30mm) 6. Should be very econimical built with basic electronic components like Micro Controller, transistors, capacitors, resistors, potentiometers) 7. Final product should be low cost as it need to cater mass production Please send your best proposals. One time design cost and recurring developement cost can be discussed
