Premiere Pro Wedding Video - repost

I'm looking for an experienced video editor to edit high quality weddings for my clients.
This is what you will have to do each and every wedding edit
1. Bride, Groom , ceremony intro/outro, location shots, reception intro/outro
These sections will need to be cut together with a song we will provide you. The shots need to go with the song, eg fast song=quick cuts, slow song=longer cuts. Cut the clips to the beat of the song, the same as you would see in a music video. Show creativity and effort.
All clips need to be colour matched after.
2. Ceremony, reception live camera
Sync all clips, this includes canon 5d, sony xdcam and zoom microphones. Can be 2-3 cameras recording at a time.
Once all of this is synced up it the needs to be cut, removing any bad clips eg shaky clips.
The sound needs to be adjusted.
The colours of the different clips need to be matched together.
3. Highlights
The highlights consist of the very best shots from all of the other sections, this needs to be cut to the beat of the song and needs to tell the story of the wedding day. This is the most important section of the wedding.
Project must be completed within one week of receiving it. Once project file is done you send it to me, that means you don't have to do any exporting, or DVD mastering
What you need
• Need to be experienced editor, editing needs to be your main job
• Use Adobe Premiere pro CS5.5 or CS6
• Pay attention to detail. Tell me you favourite colour in your reply.
• Follow instructions carefully
• Trouble shoot problems yourself
• match colour
• mixing audio correctly, keeping the levels the same, no peaking audio.
• show creativity and common sense
• identify good shots
• know editing rules
• have a secure address for me to send you a hard drive.
If you can't do these things or don't have all of these qualities please do not apply. Constant work will be provided for you if your quality of work is excellent. So if you can do a good job for me, I will make sure that there is ALWAYS plenty of paid work for you. Please provide me with some relevant examples of your work.
