Hi, I am currently living in Japan (Okinawa) and am fluent in both Japanese and English (Native). I have years of experience in translation and setting up ecommerce websites for Japanese clients. For many of these clients I also work as a VA and am more than aware of the differences in ad targeting, analytics and payment processors between the Western and Eastern systems. For general ecommerce, I am able to setup cart software with OpenCart, Shopify, Joomla and many others. Once we discuss the project I can discuss the pros and cons of each software based on the project. I can also register domains, setup site security for online purchases and as mentioned before - integrate payment processors that are used in Japan (direct credit card, Amazon Payments, LINE Payments). I also have several connections with Japanese suppliers (packing boxes, office supplies) that we can use to our advantage. Of course initially this is not a factor but if the site grows and we need branded shipping boxes and stationery - I can do this for you also.
