Advertiser/Marketer needed

We run a highest unique bid auction website ([login to view URL]) and are looking for someone to assist us in marketing our site to the Australian market place. As our site is Australian only we would prefer someone who can tailor the traffic from with Australia, but I understand that linking from external sites will increase our Search engine ranking as well. We are on a tight budget and would appreciate an accurate account of how you can go about directing traffic to us.
