Customize Nop commerce website and create new plugins

I have a Nop Commerce site under development and need customization of it, including new plugins to be made possibly. Site is to be a matching service for gyms to find martial arts fighters for their shows. Instead of products the fighter can the product and their weight etc can be what would have been product details. Site needs to allow user to login and upload their own profile images. Needs a messaging service built in to allow gyms to contact other gyms. Site will make money from subscription, a free one for all with limited features, a small subscription for fighter to be featured in searches, a subscription for gyms at a higher rate as thes are the ones that will mostly use the service. Lower service cost will be for up 10 fighters and 10% of stock, and 15% off for the higher paying subscription.
