Obtain Apostille of a Birth Certificate

Need to obtain apostille of California B/C. Birth certificate would be mailed to you along with money order to pay fees. You need to go to the State of California Authentications office in Los Angeles, submit the birth certificate, obtain the Apostille, pick it up and mail the B/C back to my POBox in Calexico, CA. This is a time sensitive matter.
