I am very adept at automated data processing. I generally write scripts in Ruby to handle these types of tasks. Honestly, the more difficult portion of this project is consuming data from three different source types (TXT, CSV, Excel). Whether or not the format of this files is consistent will drive the complexity of the task. I can deliver the results in many formats (Excel, CSV, sqlite database, SQL database dump, etc), just let me know what format you prefer. While I am still a new freelancer, my existing customers are happy and REPEAT customers. A sample of the documents to ingest would be very helpful in determining the scope of the project. I have excellent communication skills that will help collaboration on this project. Thank you for the opportunity to bid on this project.

Just to make sure I get it right, you will send me the 4 files and I send you back the 2 cleaned files? Or do you want to get a script or SQL request that does it? (I can do do either, your choice).
