Sharing data across multiple workbooks

I’m an insurance agent whose clients are auto dealerships. When quoting coverage for new clients, there are approx 4 key insurance carriers I approach. Each of these carriers require me to enter the insured’s data into their own company’s application, which is typically a workbook that includes 4 to 10 worksheets. Although there are differences between the various carriers’ applications, much of the information requested is the same. I am seeking a more efficient way to complete all applications because it’s a cumbersome process to retype the same information in multiple applications. I was thinking maybe a program could be created where I can enter the insured data and it’s distributed to each separate workbook. Or, maybe choose one of the workbooks as the source and link the other workbooks to it, so the when the data is entered on the source workbook, it’s simultaneously added to the other workbooks. I’m not sure how to achieve this or how it can be done, which is why I’m seeking help from this site.
